High Precision Ballscrew
Each axis is designed with a large diameter high precision ballscrew, imported from Taiwan, fixed by pre-tensioned ballscrews, to provide high-rigidity and minimize thermal distortion.
Axes Slideways
The axes slideways are mounted with roller type linear guideways imported from Taiwan, to optimize stability of both cutting feed and rapid traverse.
Automatic Focusing Height Follower
The patented automatic focusing height following system can automatically adjust the best focal length. if the metal sheet have wavy surfaces, the focus height follower can ensure constant distance between the focal head and the plane of the metal sheets to be cut, so that consistent cutting quality can be achieved. It can avoid defects caused by wavy metal surfaces and and also avoid the damage of the nozzle head.
Drivers and servo motors
Imported servo system ensures the possibility of realizing extreme precise positioning with the excellent dynamic response acceleration property and closed loop control method and that makes moving positioning mechanism operate smoothly, reliably and free of maintenance.
Working table
The machine is designed with a fixed work table and transversal aluminum strip and has small pneumatic wheel carriers for the metal sheet to slide along the machine body for easy loading.

Rotary axis:
A rotary axis is used to precisely rotate the pipe/tube so that the cutting can be done in the 4th axis. The clamping range is 20-200mm for Round pipe and 20-150mm for Square Tube (diagonal).

Coolant system
The Precision Temperature-Control Display Water Chiller, our chiller’s compressor, evaporator with high-quality titanium tubes (Stainless Steel Plate evaporator for non-standard products), circulating multi-stage pumps with stainless steel materials, refrigerant drying systems use filters, thermal expansion valve to get high-quality, high efficiency and low noise’s performance. And turbo flow intellectual switch is for controlling the temperature of cooling water in laser lamp; the flow control is for ensuring long-term continuously operation of the laser generator.
Germany imported YAG laser generator
The generator consist of:
- YAG crystal rod: lifetime is 15,000 hours (nearly 3years)
- Golden chamber (high qulity Golden Chamber wil be never broken)
- Xenon lamp: lifetime of Xeon Lamp is about 500 hours
This dual xenon-pumped laser is cost effective and easy to maintenance; operators can replace the consumables and maintain the product independently after two days training.
Optical System
When the laser beam come out ,it will be transmitted by reflecting lens, amplifying lens, focusing lens, then it reflects a high intensity laser radiation to the metal surface, finales a constant external light path accomplished.
The imported beam expander lens can shorten the focal depth of the laser ,thus the focused energy is further concentrated to effectively improve the processing speed.
